To place an order, please just follow the directions below – all trade orders must be placed online. You will be lead through a easy to follow check out process in where 100% of what is needed is obtained to process your order.

1. Select the product(s) you would like to purchase on trade. As you choose the options you would like for each product your total trade/cash will be displayed. Shipping, UV Coating, Layout & Design, 24 Hour Production, Score/Fold/Perfs are cash components.

2. After you set up your account, a payment screen will come up allowing you to enter in your credit card information and also your trade transaction #. This section must be 100% completed and a valid trade transaction posted at this time. I will also need to receive an email from the trade website along with this order to complete the processing of this order. Almost all trade group websites generate an automatic email when a transaction is posted by the buyer online. If, for some reason, your trade group does not have a website that generates an automatic email receipt, you will need to have your broker email me a valid receipt showing the posting. If this step is not done and this information is not received, your order will remain on automatic hold status until it is received. The reason for this step is I am in over 300 trade groups so keeping up with all of them would be a nightmare if I had to from my end – thus, would keep me from offering my services on trade.

NOTE ON CASH CHARGES – No charges are made to your credit card until you email back approval of your files and confirmation of charges to be made to your credit card.

3. Once your order is completed and files uploaded (if you had print ready files), a receipt will immediately be emailed to you. Please do check your junkmail/spam folder as sometimes the receipt gets treated as spam. 

LAYOUT & DESIGN SERVICES: If we are designing your pieces, please either enter in the information on the order notes and/or reply to the emailed receipt with instructions for each side along with attaching any logos, pics or further images that are needed for your design. My graphic artist will email you directly some proofs within 1 to 2 business days for your approval or further instruction. All graphic design is done by email only.
